Katrina became Operations Manager in May 2024. Katrina has worked in a range of patient-facing healthcare settings and has a passion for providing a great service to both the patients and the staff attending the Practice. Her role provides non-clinical leadership, operational management and direct line management. Working alongside the Practice Manager, she ensures the practice meets standards set by external regulatory boards, such as the Care Quality Commission and Integrated Care Board.
